1. Custom-Fit Denim
Given Custom-Fit Denim is produced specifically for each customer, an order can be cancelled only before production has commenced.
Once your measurements have been finalised and the order has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If cancellation is requested before production begins, PAIR will process the applicable refund to the original payment method.
Once production has commenced, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable law.
2. Ready-to-Wear
Ready-to-Wear orders may be cancelled before the order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through the website. You may instead follow the applicable return process after delivery.
If a cancellation is successfully processed before dispatch, the applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
